Hazel training after rainy days

After few rainy days, a fine afternoon is good for running again!!! Despite expected muscle cramping, training was still in progress. My body is still getting used to run for long time and distance, but the tiredness didn’t stop me. In fact, I feel motivated whenever I start running.

Results: 4km in 30mins.

In the next training, target is getting used to running and improving duration by extending the duration.
