Kirstin’s 32 Day 10k Challenge

As many of you know, I am travelling to India this summer to implement a health and wellbeing initiative in Manipal, India. The objective of the project is to encourage participating in sport, to increase fitness and raise an awareness of nutrition in the area.

To allow us to implement this project, we have the task of fundraising £6600. To fundraise for the project and to really challenge myself, I have decided to do a 10km a day challenge. Every day from the 20th of May to the 20th of June, I will be covering 10km, be it walking, running, swimming or cycling. We are in India for 28 days, so this would be the equivalent (and more!!) of doing 10km every day we are there.

All donations toward the RGU Go: India project will allow us to fund the initiative we have created and establish a lasting legacy for fitness and nutrition in Manipal once we have returned back to Scotland.  Please click here to donate, it is greatly appreciated!
